All guests are questioned after their stay to their satisfaction. The independent Institute for Research & Consulting (IRC) evaluates the completed questionnaires and uses them to create the satisfaction barometer, which you can see in the category Ratings. Guests also have the possibility to write an entry for our electronic guestbook.
