We are celebrating a young and honest Alpine Cuisine. Cooked with seasonal and fresh products if ever possible from Bergün or the Albula valley/Parc Ela.
Our beverage selection, especially our wine list, is regionally based and like all other products on offer carefully chosen. In addition we are mainly considering organic food and beverages.

A table reservation is recommended. Please note that due to the high demand and limited space available reservations will be accepted in usually two seatings. On very busy days we might be only able to serve you our 3-course half-board. Thank you for your understanding.
