Our sauna is located in the historic ice cellar below the relaxation pavilion. Where blocks of ice from Lake Palpuogna used to be stored to keep the food from the Kurhaus cool in summer, you can now work up a sweat. The modern sauna is embedded in an archaic-looking environment characterized by 120-year-old tamped concrete and gravel from the Tuors stream bed.
After the soothing sauna sessions, you can cool off in the cold water basin, where the Albula mineral water «Ava da Bravuogn» and the «Ava Cuetschna» flow together. And of course, a walk in the fresh air is always recommended between sauna sessions. You can relax and rest in the relaxation pavilion and in the recreation room.
The sauna area is a textile-free zone and therefore only accessible to adults aged 16 and over. Sauna towels are available on site. The sauna is heated to around 80 degrees.
